For patients

Meet the person
behind the practice.

Finding the right healthcare professional should involve understanding more than qualifications and location. Netiv Discover helps you get to know how a professional approaches care, how they communicate and the experience they bring.

Fictional older man considering his phone at a lived-in kitchen table.

More than a list of qualifications

What a profile helps you understand.

Credentials matter. So does understanding the person who holds them.

  • Approach to care

The ideas and priorities that shape how a professional works.

  • Communication

How they listen, explain and work with patients.

  • Professional experience

Their background, areas of focus and practice context.

  • In their own words

A short introduction that gives you a sense of the person before you ever meet.

Profiles do not replace checking qualifications or discussing your needs directly with a professional.

How Discover works

From what matters to you, to a person.

  1. Tell Discover what matters

Start from a ZIP code and travel radius, then choose the profession, specialty, services, languages, in-person or remote care and the communication style you prefer.

  2. Must-haves stay must-haves

Your must-haves are never relaxed without you choosing to. Preferences only change the order, and each profile can show why it appears.

  3. Meet professionals as people

Photo-led profiles bring together approach to care, communication and professional background, so a name becomes a person.

  4. Save, Not for me, or undo

Save keeps a professional in your own Saved list; Not for me moves on. Both are private to you, and there is always a button alternative to swiping.

  5. Connecting is separate

Saving a professional never contacts them. Reaching out is always a separate, explicit action you choose to take.

Your Saved list

Private by default.

Save and Not for me are private actions for you. They are not messages to professionals.

  • Yours to keep

Come back to the professionals you saved whenever you are ready.

  • Yours to change

Undo a decision or change what matters to you. Your preferences are private to you.

Discover’s private Save confirmation: “Saved privately: Dana Reyes. Find this provider anytime in Saved.”
